Congratulations on qualifying for the 2020 Region Builders Trip!
Your Western Region Builders Incentive Trip includes the following for yourself and one guest:
- Round trip air transportation from a major airport close to your home city – please note that you will be contacted within 3 – 5 days, following completion of your registration in order to book your flights to San Diego.
- Round trip ground transportation from the airport to the Hard Rock Hotel San Diego on the program dates of March 28 and April 1, 2020.
- Four nights’ accommodation for two people sharing in a standard room at the Hard Rock Hotel.
NOT included: (exceptions)
- Incidentals, including spa treatments, and all items of a personal nature, including non-sponsored events are at your own expense.
- Meals outside of specified group functions, listed on the Program of Events as “on own”.
- Additional room nights outside of the Region Builder program dates of March 28 – April 1, 2020.
- For information and costs regarding extending your stay or bringing children and extra guests, please refer to the Extensions and Guests tab on this website.
If you would like to spend time outside of the program dates at another property, please contact registration@lorandus.com to make further arrangements.
